What success have you already achieved? "Starting Fuse Academy which is a female DJ school which has gone on to produce many other great female DJs. Having my own range with Legit was a great milestone and obviously launching my accessory range ERABYDJZINHLE which is thriving."
What success are you yet to achieve or want to achieve? "ERABYDJZINHLE is still a young brand, so is DJ Zinhle and my dream is to grow these two brands. There are so many areas I would like to grow the ERABYDJZINJHLE brand into, the next step is to make ERABYDJZINHLE Campus Agents a successful project. ECA is where we identify and recruit outstanding students in different campuses to represent the ERABYDJZINHLE brand. This project aims to empower these females and give them a head start in the corporate/entrepreneurship world."

I'll be honest it's always easier giving up than to actually put in the work, work harder and carry on. But you have to ask yourself, "If you continue giving up on the things you want to do, what will you end up doing in life? The things that come easy aren't always the things we want to do BUT Great News is, you can take the 'work harder' option and get exactly what you want and have always dreamed of?"

Listen..This Will Change Your Life - The Strangest Secret
This video is a bit long but I promise you it is so worth your 31:42 mins. It's amazing. He tells it as it is, straight to the point, honest and encouraging! It's similar to the previous one I posted but so much more detail. He even gives you a 30-day challenge for your goals! Challenge accepted! I love this video and I'll continue playing it every time I feel defeated or lost! I'd encourage you guys to do the same!

Nothing in life is for FREE!
I've noticed that sometimes I tend to think that certain things should come to me and that I deserve to have certain things. But in all honesty, I don't deserve what I don't work for. The only time I deserve something and surely will get it is when I've worked hard for it. It's a sad but wise truth. Truth is, in life you are only going to get what you work for. You can't possibly think that things in life are for free, because they are not. The only way you'll get a million bucks, or a noble peace prize, or be the best doctor, businessman, CEO etc. is if you put in the work. Not 50%, Not 99% either BUT a full 100%. You get out what you put in! Input=Output and more!
You want to be successful? Alright then work for it! Nothing in life is for free. So get up and go work for it. How much work you ask??? As much work as you can do to get what you want!
Less Excuses More Effort.

What you do!
If you truly want success, you will have to go get it. What is not relevant has to wait. Sacrifices need to be made. Grow and become who you want to be, it won't come easy and it will not happen fast... But trust me, it'll be so worth it.
Personally I have let go of those friends that I knew would be an obstacle in my journey and what made it even easier was that they didn't make an effort in our friendship anyways. Now I have found the people who I can take with on my journey, they have the same ultimate goal as me and that is to be Successful! We support and push each other and those are the type of people you need around you!
At the end of the day, with success comes sacrifice!
It's not pretty or going to be easy but you got to do it!

I want to start off by saying the below quote to you...
Today I want to talk about or rather tell you about this man Robert Kiyosaki. My boyfriend told me about him and he sounded like an interesting man so figured I could tell you guys about him as he is an inspiration for many.
Robert Kiyosaki is an American investor, businessman, self-help author, motivational speaker, financial literacy activist and financial commentator. He is well known for his Rich Dad Poor Dad series of motivational books and other material published under the Rich Dad brand. He has written over 15 books. He also operates his own blog, www.richdad.com, and maintains a monthly column on Yahoo Finance.
His business ventures include Mining, Real estate, Oil wells and natural gas, Solar company, Precious metals and coins and Financial market which is all his investments into different companies and projects.
The part that really got me motivated and left me in Awe of him, was when I read about all his failures and how he never gave up. He was bankrupt twice when he was just starting out. Both the companies were a success for a while and then went bankrupt. In his book You can Choose to be Rich, he says that after his bankruptcy he became homeless and was living with his then girlfriend at the back of an old Toyota for several months before starting their own business from the ground up. And now look where he is? Very successful and worth an increasing $80 million. All because he never gave up and wanted very badly to be successful.
I love how he gives financial advice and shares his journey. He tells it as it is and educates the youth and old on finance, something that is very important, he is an inspiration to me and many other people! It feels good to know that you can fail once, twice, three times and even more and still get where you want to be. You just have to work hard and have that determination and keep your eye on that long term goal and vision.

Get back up
Hello Giants
There is truth in this quote! I have found that when I am down and out and have failed at something, the hardest part is getting back up, but when i eventually do, I succeed. I don't only succeed because I work harder BUT that act of 'GETTING BACK UP' is an achievement on it's own that might I add, many do not get to achieve. I have seen many people give up once they hit a brick wall or have failed in something, it is a common thing and yes failure does suck and does hurt but that is what will make you stronger, will make you not want to fail again, will be your motivation, will be an experience and a learning curve. Be happy that you have failed and hit rock bottom because then you know how it feels and you will work harder and not make the same mistakes again. It's an experience, you just have to get back up from it!

What is success? "In my opinion success is when one gets to a point in life, where they look back...and give themselves a pat on the back and say "I'M HAPPY!!", that to me is Success."
What is your success?
- "Being in a loving marriage.
- To show the young ones that whatever they put their time and effort into, it will most certainly work, FACT!
- Building our empire with my boys.
- As a man...my family should be well taken care of, just because they deserve it.
- Looking back and saying "yeah, wow I am a good example to the young ones coming after me and I'm just happy with the decisions I made".
- I'm a business man, so money Is also success to me..."

Road to success EP18!
Smruti's Road to Success:
Name: Smruti Mirchandani
Occupation: "Currently an honours student in chemical engineering."
Goal: "My goal in life is to find my happiness through my goals, may that be through my fitness goals or my chemical engineering career. My ultimate goal in life is to be happy with what I have achieved."
What is success? "According to me success cannot be defined by a monetary value , it's much more than that. Success is setting some goals and finally achieving them, to me that's success. It doesn't have to do with money, everyone's success comes with different goals and these goals don't revolve around being rich. So to me, when someone finally achieves a personal goal they have set for themselves I think that's success in life."
What is your success? "I definitely thought that studying chemical engineering and making some good money will be success but now I have a different goal in mind. As ridiculous as it may sound I just wanna be a fitness freak . Last year I started on my long journey towards being fit and the results have been good but I did realise I liked what I did. I have inspired people on the way by motivating them especially because I knew how it felt to be like them. So my definition of success will be the day I can be a successful personal trainer and I mean feel and look the part and maybe help more girls like me achieve their fitness goals."

What is success and what is your success? "(Stated in goals as well) Success to me means being in a place where you have worked so hard that your work now works for you. Success is being In a position where you can start transplanting what you know to other people. Success is not depending on your salary to make it through the month. It's looking back and realizing that you have achieved all that you had planned to achieve."
